I have to be honest with you:when I First watched this show,I wasnt expecting much. One day I Just opened crunchyroll, booking for something to Watch and I came across this romance.
First episodes,It was good, nothing really special to be honest.
Starting from episode 4/5,when Himari(blonde girl) really become an important character, the show started to get Better. And I really mean It! Every single episode was Better then the previus One,the characters are all really good, there Is a perfect combo between the romance and the comedy.
The last episode of the season was absolutly perfect, the voice actors did a perfect job and the finale leave open space for the future!
I really hope more season Will be announced in the future. Absolutly recomended!

To be honest, I have enjoyed this show so much, it is funny and fun to watch, the only complained I have is that one of the characters screams a lot, although i have gotten used to it, I wish there is a season 2 in the making. The story for me is nice, and there is enough source material for a season 2, The Light novel is complete and I do not really know about the manga but I think they are still adapting the manga, I really recommend this anime for someone who is looking for a rom-com style anime, and if you can get by the shouting in the anime, I think you will enjoy this show!
Looking for a season 2.
Looking for a season 2.
One of the best anime I've ever seen. Everything was Perfect. Romance, comedy, emotion mixed together creating a beat anime to get 10 out of 10. No this to say about this anime. I just loved it. I/we want season 2 as soon as possible. So the production company please don't break our heart. We are very much looking forward to getting Season 2. I don't even know where to begin. "I'm Getting Married to a Girl I Hate Most in the Class" is easily one of the most beautiful, heart-touching, and emotionally powerful anime I've ever watched. The experience of watching this series was unlike anything else - it pulled me in completely and made me feel every single emotion on the spectrum. I laughed softly at the awkward beginnings, I smiled as the characters grew closer, and I found myself holding back tears during the more tender, vulnerable moments. It was just perfect.
From the very first episode, I was captivated by the story. The concept of two classmates who despise each other being forced into marriage might sound dramatic, but the way the series handled it was so deep and mature. It wasn't just about conflict or tension - it was about growth, understanding, and healing. As the story progressed, what began as cold indifference slowly turned into care, then affection, and eventually love. Watching that transformation was absolutely mesmerizing. It felt real, it felt raw, and it was so, so romantic.
The emotional weight of this anime is what truly sets it apart. There were so many moments that hit me right in the heart - not because they were overly dramatic, but because they were genuine. You could feel the characters' confusion, their pain, their longing, and eventually their love. The way their relationship slowly bloomed was written so beautifully. Every glance, every small gesture, every unspoken word carried meaning. I've never rooted for a couple this hard. They didn't fall in love instantly - they earned it. And that's what made it so special.
The main characters were incredibly well-developed. You could see their layers being peeled back, one episode at a time. Their insecurities, their hidden desires, their soft sides... everything came through so clearly. And as they started to understand each other, I started to understand and connect with them more too. It's like I was part of their journey. Their story wasn't just romantic - it was inspiring. It showed that even the most difficult relationships can blossom if there's honesty, patience, and effort.
The supporting characters also played an important role, helping bring out the emotions of the story without overshadowing the main couple. The animation and soundtrack added another layer to the emotions - soft, beautiful visuals and music that made the scenes even more touching and heartfelt. I often found myself rewatching scenes just to relive those quiet emotional moments.
This anime didn't just entertain me - it moved me. It left a deep impression in my heart, and I know I'll be thinking about it for a long time. I truly, completely loved every second of it. I've recommended it to everyone I know, and I'll continue to do so because it deserves all the love and attention in the world.
And now, after finishing it, I feel this strong emptiness... because I need Season 2. I need to know what happens next. I want to see how their bond grows even deeper. I want to witness more of their intimate moments, their struggles, their dreams. The ending left so much space for further development, and I believe the story still has so much more to give.
To the amazing creators and the entire production team - please, please continue this masterpiece. Don't let it end here. There are thousands of fans like me, waiting anxiously and hopefully for a Season 2. We're checking for updates, reading discussions, sharing the love, and holding onto hope. Please don't leave us hanging. We want to see the continuation of this beautiful story more than anything.
I give this anime a perfect 10 out of 10 - not just for the story, but for how it made me feel. This isn't just an anime. It's an unforgettable experience, a journey of the heart. And I'm waiting, hoping, and dreaming for the day Season 2 is announced.

I really enjoyed this anime from start to finish. It had a light, natural kind of humor that felt genuine and never over the top, which made it really pleasant to watch. The chemistry between the characters was excellent-they felt real and their interactions were both heartwarming and entertaining. The animation was vibrant and beautifully done, which added a lot to the overall experience. The idea behind the story felt original and fresh. The only minor downside might be Himari's frequent mood swings, but honestly, they suited her character well. I'd definitely recommend this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saito Hojo and Akane Sakuramori are in the same class at school and they can't stand eachother. One day their lives are turned upside down. Their wealthy grandparents have recently married having rejected an arranged marriage to each other decades before. Now they decide that Saito and Akane should marry! They could reject the suggestion but to do so would lead to them losing the support of their grandparents and thus have to give up on their life dreams. They wed and move in together but are determined that nobody at their school will find out. Inevitably they start to grow closer to each other. Matters are complicated by the fact that Akane's friend Himari has feelings for Saito.
I thought this was a fun series. There may not be too many surprises but it manages to be enjoyable with some nice character development. There is both drama and humour as their relationship progresses. Character designs and animation are both pretty good. Overall a decent romantic comedy anime that is worth a watch if you enjoy the genre.
