Goofs
About 25% through the movie, Susanne comes around the wall in the art gallery, and she says to Charlotte, "It's beginning to look a BIT like Christmas!" But watch her mouth, and you'll see her say "LOT" rather than "BIT -- "It's beginning to look at LOT like Christmas!" (the song title). Perhaps this was changed during the film's editing because it might violate a song copyright.

The hunt for a twelve pointed snowflake lacks the sparks of a good holiday romance.

"A snowflake never falls in the wrong place."-Teagan

Teagan is a teacher and photographer who has a Christmas photo exhibition at her friend's gallery of snowflakes...only it's not a complete set, she is missing the elusive twelve sided snowflake. The twelve pointed snowflake is created when the atmospheric conditions are just right and two six pointed snowflakes collide. When an art collector wants to buy the entire collection and fix up the community center, but only if it is a complete set, Teagan goes out into a storm in a snowplow with an old childhood boyfriend, Noah. Noah is now a widower and single dad.

It was fun to see the snowflakes, but I thought the whole character of Susan, the competitive photographer, was unnecessary and detracted from both the story and the romantic aspect. While I like the two main leads, I felt the romance in this film was rather weak and makes it not a recommendation to fellow romantics.
