Wow, it feels like the show is always at full throttle. This episode was jam-packed with drama, intensity, and emotion. I felt the chaos throughout. Even with the constant stream of patient cases, there were still moments of character development.

The characters themselves are starting to be established, and each one has clear flaws that will likely be explored as the season progresses. Unlike many other medical dramas, the characters feel much more real. I can't speak to the show's accuracy from a medical perspective, but it definitely feels like they are making an effort to be as authentic as possible.

I'm excited to see how the season unfolds, and it's refreshing to have a new and unique medical drama.
