A previously untold Teesside story that is hilarious and heartwarming

Laugh-out-loud funny throughout. A contemporary take on life in a post-industrial northern town that will make you laugh 'til you cry, then cry 'til you laugh again. Charming, witty, ridiculous and heartwarming in equal measure. Whether you wear a dress at the weekend or a pair of overalls, there is something here for you. Both celebratory of our proud LGBTQ+ community and of the wider idiosyncrasies of Middlesbrough life; this show is a charming love letter to a much derided part of our country and the resilience, humour and creativity of the people who reside there.

Well written, acted and delivered. Season 2 please!!!
