Seeing footage from the game and playing it for the first time, I went through some serious Post Void PTSD. However, it didn't take long for me to fall in love with this game and realize it is something truly special, surpassing any expectation I did or didn't have.
From the artstyle to the humor to the soundtrack to the animations to the gameplay, this game is so, so incredibly solid that I struggle to find any actual criticism for it. Not even a small pet peeve comes to mind!
In an ideal world, this game had its spot in The Game Awards 2024 and won at least best OST. It is my personal GOTY.
