Nice story about a venerable lady, her decision to sell , for health motives, her beautiful house, a young couple chosen by owner for interview only for caligraphy of husband, a dialogue in which the wish of couple to buy the house and the quasi cynical game cat-mouse initiated by guest , former death-row lawyer is finalized by expression of frustration of young lady.

Beautiful performances, lovely house , fair return to old memories and the expression of fears - prudence of a woman from falling world. Marianna Houston , as Barbara , proposes splendid portrait of a lady with strong principles and great ability of manipulation and she can be the basic motif to love this smart crafted short film.
