I was not expecting this. I just happened to be on a movie channel as this was starting and it sounded interesting by the description. I started watching and got into it because the acting was good and the lead character was flawed yet complex (he's an a-hole with a soft spot, nicely revealed in a scene involving a furry friend). Soundtrack was amazing with the trance-like feel. I did feel that there could have been stronger reason his best friend did what he did, initially, but it was plausible, I guess.

When I read it was Canadian, I was all: "Whaaaat?" Great Canadian Cinema! Nice, disturbing twist! I guess what was not said or shown was more powerful in a sense that the filmmaker maybe wanted the audience to think more and fill in what was not shown on our own.

The lead actors were really believable and I hope to see them in something again. Oh, and the camera work was top-freakin'-notch!

I was ill prepared for how this film would make me feel and the nausea that remained in me after seeing it. I saw it appear on a streaming site and put it on as i was falling asleep. I did not get to sleep. The pace is slow at first and the cinematography is what leads the viewer to believe this is more than just a misogyny turns rom com but a real introspection into toxic masculinity. The hook up culture in this film is sinister and basically one more pill and a drink away from rape culture. Jackie is a sexy, aggressive asshole... but he has his moments. Without the brilliant chemistry between himself and the strong female lead Jasmine (kudos to a first time screen actress for taking on this difficult role and bringing such humanity to it) the romantic aspect to their story could easily become implausible. The pace of this film is impeccable. I'll be looking to see any future projects by this director - thank you for making this film.

Every amazing aspect of this film was designed, produced, and delivered by some undoubtedly talented individuals. I had settled in for a basic porno flic, but what a fantastic surprise! Bravo! Merci!

Sometimes the quieter ones are best. No big action or major soundtrack. This movie is all about the acting which is very convincing! Another great Canadian production!

I did not expect to watch the whole thing. O was falling sleep as this started playing and some how it sucked me in... It has many flaws and shortcomings but there is something about the acting and videography that makes you feel like you are witnessing a real event. Bravo Canada!

Great movie, hip enough to draw you end to a power crazy ending. Shows how we think we know people but you never really do. Low budget but good story, great acting and well filmed
