All the dreams and hopes for happiness of the young surgeon Anna Pirogova collapse overnight: in the midst of her honeymoon, she finds out that her husband has a second family - one of the hospital patients is pregnant from him, and Anna's closest friend and colleague knew everything and hid it from her. Faced with a complete misunderstanding of her mother, who believes that Kirill loves Anna and they are a wonderful couple, the girl decides to go to her father, whom she has not seen for more than ten years. However, moving to a small town does not solve the problems, but only exacerbates them. Conflicts arise between Anna and her father and there is no mutual understanding.
