Kudos and respect for @itsmanasasharma for taking us through a roller coaster ride filled with fun, laughter, emotions and heart touching moments. The final episode will literally choke you! More than a web series l'd like to call it an experience. I am sure everyone would relate to at least one character. I should especially congratulate the director for the perfect casting. Cannot imagine replacing any character in the series. NAILED IT! The music is the soul of this series and I can't stop humming the Break ee theesukora Aajamu song.
Great job @pk_dandi! I heard about your dedication working through this project and it shows.
Lookout for this hidden gem @charan_peri anna. He is typically known for his comedy timing and reels thus far. But that changes FROM NOW! He has displayed emotion and drama apart from comedy with a lot of finesse. Bro, I really wish you get many more roles in Tollywood and beyond. Your on screen chemistry worked really well. Both with your onscreen wife @nayansarika_05 and also with the legend Tanikella Bharani garu.
@vaibhav30 played a beautiful and lovable character as Balu. @ritik_offl did an excellent job in potraying the passion of her character Meenakshi towards pursuing her dream to become a director defying all odds. I have a feeling that this character is designed from the experience that the director @itsmanasasharma might have experienced in her own life.
Rajendra Prasad garu is an absolute legend who can play any role effortlessly. @aakankshasingh30 played a complex character and the chemistry with her dad is absolute bliss to watch. @niharikakonidela mam seems to be on a spree picking and funding the right scripts off late through her production @pinkelephantpictures. Ide oopu lo lottery ticket konte thagalachu kuda agethi BENCH LIFE chooseyi roi AAJAMU! Perfect watch for this weekend and something to cherish forever.

"Bench Life" is not just a web series; it's an authentic and heartfelt portrayal of the unsung phase in an IT professional's journey - the bench. Directed by the exceptionally talented Manasa, this five-episode series (each around 40 minutes) marks her debut, and she has delivered with remarkable finesse. The storyline is crafted with precision, offering a perfect balance of humor, realism, and emotional depth, all tied together with well-placed hooks that keep the audience eagerly awaiting the next scene.
The standout aspect of the series is its music and lyrics. The songs are not just background scores; they are integral to the narrative, each carrying profound meaning and blending seamlessly with the emotions on screen. Every frame reflects Manasa's meticulous attention to detail, and her vision translates beautifully into relatable everyday moments that connect deeply with software employees and beyond.
On a personal note, I am in awe of Manasa's daringness and dedication. In an industry where female directors are vastly underrepresented, she has made an indelible mark with her courage and passion. Her ability to bring out such authenticity and relatability speaks volumes about her storytelling prowess and creative clarity.
The glimpses of Mahesh in the series were a delightful touch, adding a sense of familiarity and fun. What makes "Bench Life" extraordinary is its ability to showcase the camaraderie, struggles, and quirky moments of corporate life in a way that feels personal to every viewer.
Manasa has proven herself to be a force to reckon with in the industry, and her debut is a testament to her skill, determination, and vision. This series is a must-watch for its relatable content, impeccable execution, and the inspiration it offers to dreamers everywhere. I wholeheartedly applaud her for breaking barriers and creating something so refreshing, meaningful, and enjoyable. Here's to more milestones in her career!

Why Telugu directors are not utilizing vaibhav gaaru his acting comedy timing is very good. I want to see him doing more roles in Telugu Manasa Sharma earns praise for handling the story and showcasing a range of emotions well.
