Midnight Screenings (2011)

Trivia

Midnight Screenings

Edit
Brad Jones unexpectedly discovered that this series is on IMDb.
While attending a midnight screening for M. Popper et ses pingouins (2011), reviewer Jake Norvell said that he was distracted by a couple having sex in the back of the theater throughout the film. Brad Jones has since discredited this story.
Members of the reviewing team received death threats after their negative review of Man of Steel (2013).
Brad Jones nearly walked out of a screening of Die Hard : Belle journée pour mourir (2013), stating "This is one of the worst sequels I've ever seen. This is one of the worst action movies I've ever seen. I've never walked out of a movie before in my life, but I would have been totally okay with walking out of this one! This movie sucks life out of people!" He later walked out of a screening of Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party (2016).
In 2011 and 2012, the series only lasted throughout the summer, as that was the only time of year the movie theaters were allowing preview screenings. There were a few exceptions, notably the early releases of Paranormal Activity 3 (2011) and Hunger Games (2012). However, in 2013, the show was bumped up to becoming a year round series when the team's local AMC theaters began showing preview screenings every week of the year.
