All in one Sunday, from morning to night. Tommaso, a small-time criminal on the run, and Justine, a French girl on the hunt for her ex-boyfriend, are on the road. The two, having met by chance at a service station, thanks to the writing on the wall "...Mozart assassiné!", travel to Giovinazzo (Puglia), the home town of Tommaso and Justine's ex-boyfriend Rocco. She is on the hunt and she will find neither Rocco nor any news of him, while he is on the run and he will receive no help from relatives or friends. It is night. Justine leaves Tommaso in the same service station where they met. In the dark, someone shoots.
