Earlier this summer, Paramount debuted the first poster for their highly-anticipated Baywatch remake, which helped celebrate Father's Day with Dwayne Johnson and Jon Bass. We haven't seen anything from this movie since then, but today the studio is helping to celebrate the Halloween holiday with three new posters that shows these cast members are "so hot it's scary." It's possible that these posters could be leading into the first trailer's debut in the near future, but that hasn't been confirmed.

Production has been under way for just under two months on Paramount's Baywatch, and ever since cameras started rolling, Dwayne Johnson has been sharing photos from the set. Deadline reports that Latin pop star/actress Belinda has signed on to the adaptation in an unspecified role. The studios have had a busy day changing release dates left and right, with everything from Star Wars: Episode VIII to Jumanji getting new slots on the release calendar. Paramount has also decided to give their highly-anticipated Baywatch a new release date, slotting it for May 19, 2017. Chicago – In a year where shoots with perpetual photo fashionistas like Cindy Crawford and Sarah Jessica Parker still failed to crack the Top Ten list of biggest celebrity photo-ops, you know 2014 was a very good year for HollywoodChicago.com and myself, Joe Arce, as Senior Staff Photographer.

Narrowing down the 182 celebrity subjects that posed for my lens last year to a mere ten favorite portraits is not an easy task. Nonetheless, here are my Top Ten picks for biggest celebrity shoots of 2014. I based this on a combination of star power wattage of the subjects, the artistic results and the degree of difficulty in landing the quarry – for those iPhone carrying budding celebrity stalkers who may wish to play along at home.

We've been hearing about a big screen adaptation of the "Baywatch" TV series for many years. And now comes word that Paramount Pictures is pushing forward with the film and has brought on Dwayne Johnson to play the lead role. Johnson confirmed his involvement on Instagram, stating: "This is my beach b*tch! Rumors are true... we're making #Baywatch the movie. Edgy, raunchy and hopefully, funny as all hell. Cue slo-mo running on the beach." The new movie will be directed by Sean Anders (That's My Boy, Horrible Bosses 2) and John Morris (We're the Millers). Justin Malen (Bad Teacher 2) has been hired to rewrite the script.

After languishing in development for several years, Paramount is finally moving forward with their Baywatch adaptation, which now has Dwayne Johnson loosely attached to star.

Sean Anders and John Morris (Horrible Bosses 2) will direct, with Justin Malen (Bad Teacher 2) set to rewrite the script. A number of writers have previously written drafts of the script, including Jeremy Garelick (The Wedding Ringer) and Peter Tolan (Rescue Me). One of the earlier stories revolved around a series of shark attacks that lead the Baywatch lifeguarding team to investigate a drug smuggling operation. No details were given for Justin Malen's new take on the story.

Back in January 2013, we reported that Bill Hader was in talks to star in Baywatch, although his reps denied the report. Robert Ben Garant was attached to direct at that time, but this was the last we had heard about the project until now.

The Rock’s got charisma, and Hollywood wants in. Now, we’ve learned from THR where we’ll fall in love with him next – on the beach. As far as I can tell, the first time I wrote about a possible movie based on the television show "Baywatch" was in 2004 when it carried the title Baywatch 3-Double-d. That idea was squashed later that year when DreamWorks took over and ever since there have been rumblings, but nothing official on the books... until now. THR reports Paramount is moving forward with a big screen adaptation and Dwayne Johnson is "loosely attached" to star with Justin Malen (Bad Teacher 2) writing the script for We're the Millers helmers, Sean Anders and John Morris directing. After years stuck in development, things are finally happening regarding the "Baywatch" movie at Paramount Pictures.

THR reports that Dwayne Johnson is loosely attached to star in the film which Sean Anders and John Morris ("Horrible Bosses 2") will direct. Justin Malen ("Bad Teacher 2") is set to pen a rewrite of the script.

Malen takes over from previous scribes Jeremy Garelick and Peter Tolan who reportedly had one take involving the team investigating a drug smuggling operation following a series of shark attacks. Whether that is still the case is unsure.

How far along the project is, is also unknown at this point.

Up first, Gareth Edwards’ big G does what he does best in a new poster for “Godzilla” — which in this case is stomp the ever lovin’ crap out of everything. Now that’s one pissed off reptile. Someone give him a Snickers! Meanwhile, Captain America and the boys (and girl) get a new IMAX poster for “Captain America: The Winter Soldier.” It’s the same poses you’ve seen in previous posters, so there’s really nothing new except for the color scheme and new mixing and matching and whatnot. Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz play a couple who make a sex tape one night, then realise it's gone missing the next morning, prompting a "frantic search for its whereabouts". Segel and Diaz reunite three years on from Bad Teacher (and a half year ahead of Bad Teacher 2, which is also being directed by the man in charge here, Jake Kasdan, whose first ever job was on Freaks & Geeks). This is also, possibly, Segel's Machinist: he's got ever so thin for the part.
