Vincent is a loser. Like every loser, he finally wants to be a winner. Had he been told that gas station raids would only make quick money if you weren't too nervous, he probably wouldn't have accidentally shot the cashier Laura. With money in his pocket, his escape ends at the next rest area when the engine fails. A strange guy who happens to be on site and calls himself Dante takes him away. On the way, this turns out to be more and more a nerve saw. But the mood changes as they stop to fill up.
