I won't lie, I LOVE this game and am slightly biased. I also play the PS4 port of the game. It's free-to-play, comes with a variety of play styles and characters and the community is a fairly helpful/good one.
Sadly, there are a couple of points that NEED to be talked about for new players.
-If you're a COD (Call of Duty) player, you'll probably get easily lost in the detailed, procedurally generated maps and levels (not to mention the menus) because of a tutorial that will only teach you the minor basics. Be sure to learn what ALL the buttons do on your controller/keyboard and even check the in game Codex.
-Depending on your playstyle... You WILL get bored. This game is an MMORPG afterall. You can easily avoid this by challenging yourself and trying new tactics/Warframes.
-Almost ALL items in the game can be made, instead of bought (some people claim it's a pay-to-win game). But the means of doing so could be convoluted to anyone unfamiliar to the way the game works. Be sure to check FORUMS, the CODEX and even make use of the Communication Tab to get help from actual players.
-Learn the difference between PLATINUM and CREDITS. PLATINUM is when you exchange real money for a means of purchasing in the market. CREDITS are the IN-GAME CURRENCY YOU EARN.
Other than that I can't think of any other "flaws" to the game. I personally give it a 9/10.

Back then I saw this game on YouTube and it actually looked so promising and as I played it really did.
Warframe is absolutely surprisingly addictive to play. And I could not even stop playing it. Not only I can fight and play this game by using melee weapons like a ninja but I can actually use guns in the game as well and I can actually jetpack like in space missions too.
This game also has something motivating on farming more materials and getting the chance to trade items from other players and even leveling up weapons and even Waframes for my Tenno.
However, the biggest downside that this game has is that most of everything is that I need is platinum. I had to give up so many of my weapons to fit more space and I even gave up selling my old Warframe I really regret selling it because the old Warframe was very useful. And I remembered that the old map changed into a new map which is more of an open space universe map rather than picking levels I had no choice but to start all over for the map picking
Waframes is an absolutely addicting game but sometimes in this game, you have to take on your choices of loot responsibility and buying and spending platinum wisely.

This game is beautiful! The gameplay is amazing the parkour is fun and the storyline is strong 11/10 for me! I love this game! And it's free! It's so good! all in all BEST GAME EVER OTHER THAN DESTINY!!!!!!!!!!!!! So yes I recommend it Basically you are tenna a alien race and you must stop vorg from destroying the galaxy with weapons! I chose the Excalibur class You should play it. Also if you get it and don't like gore you can go to options and turn off gore. That is the only reason I'm allowed to play it. So yeah also I would have finished this review but IMDb is making me make it ten lines long. So about two more lines. Also if you want a more social game than buy destiny.
With beautiful graphics, superb combat and movement mechanics, and a variety of awesome powers at your fingertips, Warframe – a free-to- play, multi-platform, fast-paced, four-player co-op shooter – stands out like a shining beacon among many free-to-play games. It's only too bad that the game's tendency towards repetition hinders its appeal.
In Warframe you play as a Tenno, ancient warriors, clad in unique armor, that have awakened from a long slumber to calm the chaos that's ravaging the solar system. Your adversaries include the Grineer: an army of deteriorating humanoid clones; the Corpus: a mix-and-match crew of robotic and human parts; the Infestation: a mound of awkward organic creatures; and the Orokin: mysterious drones that appear at random.
While your enemies are plentiful, taking them out is relatively easy thanks to the game's smooth combat mechanics. You have the freedom to perform an array of acrobatic maneuvers: wall running, jump kicks, leaping slashes, and more.
As you proceed through a mission, you might pause for a moment to admire the environment around you. For good reasons, too, since Warframe has a gorgeously detailed graphics that's often lit up by a colorful explosion of enemy fire and player ability effects. Though, some tweaking might be required to see properly.
A handful of recent major updates has added several repeatable side quests to Warframe, that also double as the game's story. Although repeatable, the game's repetitive enemies, missions, and environments will soon wear anyone down. Without new contents to keep you captivated the excitement will disappear. Keep in mind the game is still technically in beta, so contents are still being added. As of now, Warframe is best played casually to keep burning out at bay.

First of all it's free, so anyone can play it. It's not pay to win - anything you need in game can be obtained without spending a dime. People who choose to spend money do so mostly to support the devs.
That brings me to my second point, the devs are great. The game is constantly updated with major patches very often and they engage with and listen to the community. And the community is amazing as well, compared to most games. There are also a lot of dedicated websites and an always up to date wiki.
Lastly, the graphics are beautiful, the gameplay is great, you get to choose how you want to play from a plethora of weapons, warframes and mods, as well as the newly added railjack (your own personal battleship). All you need is patience.
