The Korea Economic Daily (Ked) reports that the Japanese manga app Piccoma surpassed 100 billion yen in 2023, or $675.2 million in sales made through the app. According to Piccoma's owners, Kakao Corporation, this is the first time a digital manga or comics service platform has ever exceeded this milestone.
