Well..

I really liked the manga, so I watched the movie. It's really cute and didn't let me down. he story is well.. it's kind of tiring that she doesn't have characer, but it suits the manga. I also cried, so it can not be that bad..

Decent romance movie

The story is pretty trivial, predictable and cliché, basically if you have seen other japanese school romances, you have seen this one too. The "troubled" guy being a bit of a jerk and leading the girl on and driving her even more crazy about him is a common element, but it's a little overdone here. It's just feels like a cheap way to play up the drama. But nevertheless I enjoy the innocence and wholesomeness of these japanese films, where love and relationships are still taken seriously. Not bad, but nothing special.
