Adored this

So I stumbled upon this movie through an Autostraddle article and decided to give it a go despite the mixed reviews. I ended up loving it a lot, it's like The Runaways with a dash of A Beautiful Mind. Letizia Toni did a fantastic job.

I just don't agree with the bad ratings/reviews! I was glued to the screen the entire time and captivated by the story and the acting. There might have been 1 or 2 scenes that weren't up to mark but those were really minor things that didn't dampen my experience of the movie in any way.

I also liked that the movie wasn't just a glossy, perfect portrayal of Gianna Nannini and the people in her life. It was very much real and there was nuance to the characters.
