The film originally started with an animated spaceship, but modelmaker Scott Dietrich created a physical model for the spaceship Kitkaftobus.

Alternate versions
An unfinished version of the film was shown in 2024. There were cartoon spaceships in place of the excellent model designed & built by Scott Dietrich. The final version was completed January 2025.
