Signature Entertainment has unveiled the official UK trailer for It Feeds, a chilling supernatural horror that will be arriving on digital platforms on 12th May. Starring Twilight’s Ashley Greene and X-Men’s Shawn Ashmore, the film marks the beginning of an ambitious ten-picture genre slate from Productivity Media Inc (Pmi) and Black Fawn Films.

Directed by Chad Archibald, It Feeds follows a young girl tormented by an unseen force that is slowly consuming her. Greene plays a clairvoyant therapist who must confront her own past traumas to help the girl escape the malevolent entity, while Ashmore takes on the role of the girl’s father, desperate to save his daughter from a horrifying fate.

Ashley Greene(The Twilight Saga) sees demons in the exclusive to Collider trailer reveal of It Feeds. Moving away from blood-sucking vampires, Greene’s latest role will see her appear opposite Shawn Ashmore (The Boys) in the latest title to come from writer and director, Chad Archibald (The Heretics). The horror flick follows a therapist (Greene) who has the ability to see beyond our realm and into the afterlife. But her clairvoyance comes with a price, as she can also see sinister forces at play. When a young girl (Shayelin Martin) comes to her seeking help after a demon has latched onto her, the therapist must face her own sordid past to help the girl move forward.

The 13th annual Panic Fest runs from March 27 – April 6, 2025, and we’ve got the exclusive info on some exciting new additions today along with the festival’s full lineup.

Presented by IFC Films, for starters, Clown in a Cornfield and The Ugly Stepsister will close out the in-person festival on Wednesday, April 2nd.

Also joining the lineup; Roadside Attractions’ new Nicolas Cage beach thriller The Surfer; Psychosexual horror-comedy from Addison Heimann, Touch Me; Soul Reaper, an Indonesian horror that flirts with being a modern-day Dream Warriors; director Izzy Lee’s nightmare trip, House of Ashes; a twisty found footage film from director Steven Hugh Nelson, Old Wounds; and Hungarian psychological thriller Tomorrow I Die directed by Nikol Cibulya.

Panic Fest will also be bringing back well-loved events like its signature Friday Filmmaker Mixer and Saturday Night Karaoke in Rewind Video and Dive, presented by Shudder.

The hybrid festival kicks off...

Film financier William Santor, best known for bringing Hollywood titles such as The Baker (2022) and The Retirement Plan (2023) to his adopted home of the Cayman Islands, died December 28. He was 50.

Santor’s death has been confirmed by the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service in multiple local media reports. The Canadian-born financier was found unresponsive at his home on the island and was later taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Officers are investigating.

In a statement to Deadline, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service said it is “carrying out an investigation surrounding the sudden death of a 50-year-old-man who is a Canadian citizen residing in the Cayman Islands.”

“The matter is an active investigation and all investigative lines of enquiries are being carried out,” the statement continued.

Deadline has contacted Productivity Media, Santor’s former company, for further comment.

Exclusive: Garret Dillahunt (Where the Crawdads Sing), Elizabeth Mitchell (The Purge: Election Year), Shawn Ashmore (ABC’s The Rookie) and Jessy Schram (Unstoppable) have been tapped to star in The Hunstman, a psychological thriller from director Kyle Kauwika Harris (Out of Exile) that’s going into production in Oklahoma next month.

An adaptation of Judith Sanders’s novel scripted by Steven Jon Whritner, the film centers on a repressed ICU nurse (Ashmore) volunteering as a reader for a recovering coma patient (Dillahunt), the prime suspect in the savage murders of six young women in a small southwestern town. The suspect’s wife (Mitchell), refusing to believe that her husband is the killer, struggles with the mounting complexities of the investigation. With a dedicated detective (Schram) trying to solve the mystery before more bodies turn up, numerous other suspects take the case on a spiraling journey.
