A story of revenge, with flavors of fairy tale, in skin of horror. A well crafted one, seductive for craft of tension, for the use of attic as space of misteries and thrill and for acting. Some from The Wizard of Oz, Something from vad wich apparences some of soup opera and a presumrd fair end. The cinematography represents, no doubts, another good point. Like the cultural references. But, without doubts, the dialoguri with the viewer îs one of fair points. The key moment, the final, the conflict sources, the return and the presumed spell are the bricks of this relation. In short just smart crafted short film.

The theme of doubles replacing the main characters has been known for a long time and has often been used in literature, cinema, video games and even music. But what if the doppelganger can not only have your appearance, but also turn into other things? This is shown in the short horror film "Disguise" from the creator of the less popular horror film "Box Fort".
The main advantage of the film is the intense atmosphere. It is also supported by creepy music that is quite well composed. The plot twist on first viewing is good, there is one good jumpscare.
The acting of the girl playing the main character is a little bland at the beginning, but gets better towards the end. The short film will do for one viewing, despite the good plot twist.

There were definitely certain parts that were decent scares. For a low budget short, the scares are shot and edited well. Keeps a good on edge tension throughout the movie. The plot could have been executed in a way that engaged the viewer more and added to the intensity. The ending was a little lackluster and could've benefited from a final scare. Good if you're looking for a short that will leave you a little creeped out and impressed with the level of scary you can reach in a 10 minute video. For what it is, it's definitely worth checking out and you'll likely get one or two good spooks...especially if you're not a regular horror watcher.
