Brilliant drama with great acting all around. The red hand sequence is truly scary and Rowoon did a marvelous job portraying a man who is cursed. The cinematography and directing and the OST at the end of Episode 1 are all exceptionally made. The bickering between the main leads are funny. I think all cast come with great chemistry. Boah and Rowoon showed how comfortable they were on sets, and this translates into their acting. So far we only have two episodes. The ending of episode 2 shows how Rowoon is a great actor. The boy delivers in his acting time and time again. This time he showed more maturity and excellence. He is meant for great heights! Congratulations to the team. DWY is number 1 in 15 countries just with 1 episode airing on Netflix. That's a tremondous feat.
This drama is absolutely brilliant, with all the ingredients that will hook you from the beginning.
I hesitated for a bit whether I should Give this drama a 10 just because I enjoyed it so much but there's a few flaws I couldn't ignore so a 9 it is.
It has a perfect mix of comedy, romance, drama and mystery.
The main plot regarding the course and the past lives was extremely interesting, i love how this was intertwined in the form of dreams and flashbacks with the present, and also how this was sprinkled throughout the series and not all displayed at once, so you kept discovering more pieces.
The chemistry between the main leads is absolutely off the roof and they share so many intense scenes together ( both of sweet love or heartbreaking moments), which gives a very real perspective of their love to the audience.
Rowoon as the main lead is amazing in this drama. He keeps growing year after year and his range of emotions is outstanding. He nails the comedy , specially the comedy, in this drama and you will find yourself eagerly waiting for his scenes. The way he You will cry of laughter or your heart will break alongside his character's, that's how great his acting is. He is honestly becoming one of my favorite kdrama actors.
Cho Bo Ah as the FM was awesome too, again, great chemistry with Rowoon, looking forward to see her next project.
My only issue with this drama and the reason why im not giving the highest score, is that they add a bit too many subplots in the mix making it a bit chaotic to keep the focus in what's important. I was expecting a better resolution for the main plot perhaps. Or maybe they wanted that exact outcome. Who knows.
Overall was a fantastic enjoyable drama, specially because of the acting and the chemistry of the actors, I laughed, cried and felt all of their passion and emotions and I truly recommend you to watch it too!

Beginning was good, but series lacks to show that people learn from their mistakes. It potrayed the female character as the dumbest person who gets into problem as she does same mistake again and again. Going to meet the psycho devil alone is not what a smart person or a brave person. Same way she opened the door in the previous episode which portrayed how dumb she is who didn't think before doing so.
Story is good but somehow it portrayed the main character as the most dumb person.
Actors are good acting is good.
Even the dumbest person would not open door when they are already aware of the issues.
It doesn't show her brave or strong character. It's dumb.

There are some issues as others point out more eloquently with the filming and the plot/continuity being a bit all over the place, but at the same time the drama is really enjoyable and has lots of nice scenes, be it funny, romantic or just beautiful. The interaction between the leads is good, it's like they have they own funny (bickering) language, and also FL is a great ar counteracting the ML in a way that it is clear that she cares for him but not is also not a pushover, makes him go through a character development. By contrast it can then seem that the FL is not going through as much character development but I think she is getting more mature in love too.
At first, the short story talks about the 300-year-old curse that looks ordinary, nothing very interesting, but after watching it, there is a really fun and interesting storyline. It's a curse that makes you want to know the story behind it. Makes us want to know what happened both in the future and in the past, including incurable diseases, mysterious hands, curses, how it relates to the heroine and what happened in the past life. Above all else, Rowoon And Jo Bo Ah, who plays the lead role, has good acting skills that are different from their past works. Both of their performances are very suitable for this role. I will continue to follow until the end.
