Beautiful Scenery, but not much more

The original storyline was exciting and promising, but week after week, it just faltered.

Mehmet and Zelis were continually at odds with one another, even though they were obviously attracted to each other. Zelis's angry face became quite redundant-right up to the very end.

The writing was pretty corny and really just went around and around but went nowhere. There was occasional humorous moments, but not enough to save this kite from tanking. The characters were super cliche - though Kivanc was fairly endearing.

The best thing about this show is the beautiful scenery. The location was quite stunning, especially on top of the mountain. It was good to show the beauty of the Turkish mountains. For that reason alone, it may be worth the watch, but don't get your hopes up too much for the story. It was a bit of a disappointment- like a kite with no wind.

Amazing Drama

I first watched this drama in the Urdu/Hindi dubbed version, and I loved it. I finished the drama and I would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10. But then I decided to give it a try in the original Turkish version. Even though I couldn't understand much, cause I just started learning the Turkish language. But oh my god, I loved it. Especially Zelis(Buse Meral) her voice is so beautiful and one of a kind. I watch my favorite scenes of this drama everyday, also Hande (ilaida) herself and her voice is also very sweet. I am a fan of Emre bey from kurulus Osman, and he also suits Buse Meral very good in this series. Though not many kisses you would expect from a Turkish Drama. But still a solid 10/10. Amazing, sweet, and not a very long drama. I would recommend everyone watching it.
