Zelis, a spunky, spirited and kindhearted girl tries to help her community by selling goods at a market. Her plan is ruined by Mehmet when he crashed into her caravan while escaping his unwanted wedding. Is he a nightmare...or a dream?

Mehmet's grandfather pays off the debt to the village. Sakir (Zelis's dad) handles the money distribution and agrees to keep Mehmet there to teach him responsibility. Mehmet tells Zelis that he is there to earn money to compensate his debt; she is unaware that the grandfather is involved. Zelis owes Soner money that she borrowed to help a sick child. In exchange, she must pay it back or marry him. Meanwhile, Turgut (Mehmet's would be father in law)is trying to take revenge on Mehmet by hurting Mehmet and his family.

Mehmet saved Zelis' from Soner and payed her debt by coaxing his friend to sell his truck. Mehmet and his friends are making plans to build a sport facility in the area where Zelis lives. His ex fiancee found him at child's party.

Mehmet pretends amnesia with his ex, Hande. She vows to win him back. Mehmet and his friends continue planning a sport facility. Mehmet doesn't want Zelis hurt in the process but can't avoid falling for her. Hande tries to stop it.

Zelis and Hande are finally facing each other. Zelis is about to find out everything. When Mehmet realizes this, he realizes that he has to make a big move. When Mehmet's plan works, Zelis opens her eyes at the police station while thinking that she was invited to dinner by Mehmet. When Mehmet thought that he was off the hook, this time Hande came up with a very different plan and came under the nose of Zelis and Mehmet. Mehmet, Kivanç, and Ugur will not rest easy any more. Hande has found a useful partner in Taskiran with whom she can cooperate. Together with Soner, they will not let Zelis and Mehmet off the hook. Although Zelis is uncomfortable with Hande at first, as they start to spend time together, she starts to think that she is wrong about her.
