Dotty Duette, after forgetting the tomatoes for her tomato soup, gets pushed into the waters to drown by an unknown assailant, where she then mysteriously get attached to a magical golden road which drags her down to the underwater "Sinking Road Village". Once there, she meets the embodiment's of the 8 Buddhist Precepts, some welcoming her and making her feel right at home until the road comes back down for her, and some, like the infamous 1st Precept, who's out for her blood.
