Love in Zion National: A National Park Romance

Edit

Factual errors

The "bad guys" are caught taking a native American artifact from a National Park by a Park Ranger! It's Federal crime to remove anything from a National Park! He would have reported them to Law Enforcement Rangers right away, who would have contacted the FBI and ultimately arrested them.

Plus the uniforms for the Park Rangers were all wrong.
The anasazi have not existed for centuries. while there are theories that they might've been incorporated into other nations still in the southwest, there is no way to find descendants to repatriate the artifacts.
NPS Rangers wear one patch on their uniforms. The ranger flat hat color is tan, not a ugly misshapen brown.
Artifacts found on federal land are protected by the Antiquities Act and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. It against federal law to dig or collect artifacts on federal land and would be charged as such by the National Park Service or BLM.
There is not an official Anasazi Tribe. The Anasazi Pueblo people disappeared between 1200-1400 about the same time Athabaskan people migrated into the area. The belief is the Anasazi Pueblo people integrated with other tribes.

Miscellaneous

Beauty shots are not the Denver skyline and not the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
