I and maybe you should give TV series and films from non-English countries a bigger chance.

Nothing wrong with productions from England and the USA. Nor the Netherlands, judging by this series.

In this TV series there is a new 'dispute' on the zombie genre that I found both entertaining and exciting. I think this series is both innovative in terms of plot and environment, and that it has a good script and good actors. As in any zombie series, the effects must also be in place, and they certainly are here. But the 18-year-old limit is probably in place. This is not for the faint of heart.

If I were to find something that drags the series down a bit, it is that the plot becomes somewhat convoluted and circular during the 8 episodes. I actually think the series would have benefited from being compressed somewhat, made more tight and to the point. But by all means, this holds up a lot. And as the end of episode 8 of this first season more than suggests, there will be another season.
