If you like real things you'll love it.

At the end of the whole series all I could think of was brilliant, documenting reality and letting the end product lead it's own way. Which is how chain of thought work. People's judgement creates biasness because most of them would be confused whether they liked it or not, but this was absolutely real (I absolutely felt it.). And extreme emotions are evoked when someone sees something so real, and then they get envy of situation compared to them. I am 100% sure this will boom in second season, if the realistic element still sticks around. Your thought of structurising and giving them a handbook is exactly how entrepreneur is made. Defining minimum role and giving them direction to dance in such a way and capturing it, making gravity for attention of maximum order possible. Defining beauty, I just love thinking down this lane. But yes this show definitely was very good. Good enough for it to make me post review on imdb, which I never do. I am definitely communicating.

What is this show?!

The best part was episode 1 with all parents roasting the kids. Javed Jeffery and Chikki Pandey were the best. That's the only good thing, other than that idk what I watched.

It is rich girls sitting in a huge house and just complaining about life. The attitude and so no-touch to the world is very irritating and frustrating.

They know what sells and it is DRAMA. So, they decided to bring in Alfia who has so much going on in her life.

All the time, the girls kept saying LA is best, LA is good...LA LA. (I am not saying LA is bad but these girls just saying LA after everything is frustrating.)

I felt Alanna was little mature may be because of age and experience. All the other girls seem immature, spoiled, unaware of the world, and have no idea what to do in LA except to use all their parents' money.

CollabTribe doesn't work like an agency at all. It is just like all the other creator house shows - hype house, MX house etc but with rich kids not doing any tiktok..lol. I guess, Alanna could run something on own than associating with these girls. Not once did they properly show them creating any content or how they gained followers, what is their niche, nothing. It was just a show to brag we are rich and spoiled.

Hardik...um...fake. That's all.

Ruined whatever image anyone had of them 😂

Honestly watched this because their lives looked interesting on IG. After watching this it has completely destroyed any impression of them i had. I love trash tv and this is not even a good guilty watch.

These people would not have been able to launch any of themselves if they did not have an industry connection or were born into families with connections.

When hardhik says he's good at planning etc it's hilarious cause the page has 6k followers xD

When Alana is the spreadsheet for the business you know it's going to be a fun time lol. I think we laughed the hardest when she said this XD

Disaster, fake & a complete disgust

The latest disaster of a show has hit the screens, featuring a cast that seems more like a gathering of privileged connections than a group of genuine talent. With wooden performances and a complete lack of chemistry, these so-called "actors" fumble through a painfully scripted plot that offers nothing but eye-rolls and cringes. Viewers are left bewildered by the barrage of meaningless dialogue and uninspired storytelling, longing for the days when hard-working performers with real talent graced the screen. This flop not only wastes time and resources but also highlights the industry's troubling trend of prioritizing connections over genuine artistry, leaving audiences yearning for authentic entertainment rather than hollow facades.

Purely scripted & absolutely fake

The show is super boring and scripted. I absolutely dont recommend watching or wasting a minute on this show. Alanna is still is a successful girl with all her aesthetics and the way she puts up at socials media. The other girls oh my god!!! Are these girls and that boy fit for movies or shows even, unnecessarily making a joke out of their expressionless faces, talking trash, throwing cheap and creepy attitude, they all look so fake, talking with that fake accent. It is a major head pain on how scripted and fake the show can be. Even if they tried copying 'keeping up with the kardashians' atleast copying could be done the best. But NO! The show is too abusive, unnecessary crying. One girl there is calling her own self mental showing her diabetic illness throughout the show, playing the victim card, crying. One female makes same terrifying expression in the whole show as if she is some ghost trying to show a witch face. The other one tries to act like a dumb kid that doesn't know how to talk well. We as viewers want real actors who can act well who actually work hard and have talent, we honestly DONT want such bad actors wasting our time and money just because they have good connections with the industry, as that is clearly doing no good to us rather than spoiling our moods. Nobody wants this show or would like to see any of these characters further. They are all absolute cringe except Alanna!

Plastic but not a single bit fantastic

This is possibly the dumbest show I have seen from India. Despite of not knowing any of the cast, I was sort of excited when I heard about this show as it was executive produced by Karan Johar but after seeing the very first episode I was hugely disappointed. The premise of the show is five young Indian girls, with one very ugly looking pimp like gujju bhai, move to LA to live in an instagrammable house and create instagram content, not sure for what. And the pimp like gujju bhai promises them each appox $12 million per year. The very premise flabbergasted me as there are so many amazing spots around the world but producers chose LA. The fights, the drama and everything that comes along with the series looks fake. What annoyed me the most is that the young impressionable youth of India will see this show as real life and start behaving and dressing like it, a bit like what the kardashians did around the world. Overall, I wanted to give zero star but it was not an option. Hugely disappointing, Karan Johar.

AVOID THIS DISASTER

Warning: Avoid This Show

This series is a complete disaster, lacking depth, meaning, and genuine talent. The cast's blank expressions and wooden performances reek of nepotism, suggesting Karan Johar prioritized Bollywood connections over actual skill.

With no redeeming qualities, this show wastes viewers' time and offers no positive message. It's shameful that Karan Johar overlooked talented actors who work hard to make a name for themselves, instead casting individuals with questionable abilities.

Rating 0/10 (if possible)

Recommendation -Avoid this show entirely. Invest in quality content featuring talented actors and meaningful storytelling.

Avoid This Disaster

Karan Johar's latest endeavor is an unmitigated disaster, devoid of depth, meaning and genuine talent. The cast's blank expressions and wooden performances reek of nepotism, prioritizing Bollywood connections over skill.

Why You Should Avoid This Show

1. Lack of substance and meaningful storyline

2. Talentless cast with zero charisma

3. Nepotism in casting

4. No positive message or takeaway

5. Wastes viewers' valuable time

A Call to Action:

Demand better content from producers like Karan Johar. Support shows featuring talented actors who hone their craft, not those relying on Bollywood connections.

WASTE OF TIME. Boring, untalented, hedonistic.

Horrifyingly boring and uninteresting people who are only focused on consumerism, status, and hedonism. They all lacked soul and personality. Alanna's colored contacts also freaked me out. Overall distasteful and probably Karan Johar's worst project.

BTW, Alanna, Ivor, and Alannas parents are M*GA SUPPORTERS. They don't even try to hide it, as they post about it on their social media stories. Its disgusting to plaform awful people with awful values.

None of these kids had any talent to make it in the film industry or music industry. They didn't have the intellect to work a normal career or go study something meaningful in college. This show will honestly be their peak, and once they average looks start deteriorating their external selves will be as useless as their internal selves.

If they get a season 2 it will be because of hate watching or their parents / KJ funding it. CANCEL THIS GARBAGE.

Overhyped and Pointless: A Disappointing Watch

I'm genuinely surprised at the high ratings some are giving this show. It feels like those praising it are simply Hardik's minions, because the content is pure nonsense. The show revolves around entitled, overly privileged kids trying to be "influencers," and honestly, there are far better social media personalities out there who offer more value and insight.

What's most frustrating is how the show glorifies this superficial lifestyle without offering any meaningful commentary. These kids don't seem to work for anything, yet they act like they've accomplished something just by flaunting their wealth and popularity. It sends the wrong message, especially when there are so many hardworking creators on social media who deserve real recognition for their creativity and effort.

Even worse, the show's dialogue and situations are so scripted that it's almost painful to watch. It tries hard to present itself as glamorous, but it just comes across as shallow and out of touch with reality. It even manages to be worse than Bollywood Wives, which says a lot.

After sitting through just two episodes, I felt my IQ drop. There's nothing of value here, just an exercise in vanity and superficiality. Definitely not worth the time.

Inconsistent Storytelling and Missed Potential: A Shallow Dive into Influencer Life

In an age where influencer culture dominates the digital space, it's no surprise that a series centered around the lives of influencers would emerge. However, the show in question lacks the very elements that could have made it compelling: depth, creativity, and a genuine portrayal of the hustle behind the influencer lifestyle.

From the outset, it's clear the creators were eager to make the show work, but in their haste, they neglected to provide any substantial content or fresh perspective. For a show about influencers, one would expect more than just surface-level entertainment, there should be a takeaway for the audience. Unfortunately, that takeaway never materializes.

One of the show's most glaring inconsistencies is the portrayal of Arayana and Shrusti. Arayana is depicted as diligently posting every day, while Shrusti, by contrast, appears too lazy to maintain the same level of effort. This dynamic feels misaligned with the concept of the show, which is supposed to showcase the hustle behind being an influencer. Being a content creator is not easy, and the series would have benefited from exploring the challenges these women face. Instead of delving into their daily grind, how they plan, create, and execute content, the show offers little insight into the real work that goes on behind the scenes.

That said, not all was lost in the cast. Alaana, unexpectedly, emerges as a standout character, with a lighthearted energy that made her fun to watch. Shrusti, though playing the part of a somewhat "bimbo" persona, is oddly entertaining as well. Whether that's her natural disposition or a scripted role, she adds a quirky charm. And Ivor is a cute presence when he is on the screen. Loved him.

Yet, for every spark of life in the cast, there are missed opportunities. Alavia, for instance, feels entirely out of place, seemingly lost and incapable of forming authentic friendships. Her presence lacks the vibrancy or relatability of her counterparts, which makes her storyline fall flat. Alfia, on the other hand, provides the drama the show probably needed, but at times, it feels cringy . While her antics do inject some energy into the series, they often come off as over-the-top and out of sync with the rest of the cast, making it difficult to fully engage with her storyline.

And then there's Arayana, the most talented of the group, whose potential is left untapped. The show fails to showcase her abilities in any meaningful way, a glaring oversight given the premise.

In the end, while there are moments of entertainment, the show ultimately fails to deliver on its promise of offering insight into the influencer world. Without depth or creativity, it risks becoming as forgettable as the content it sought to critique.
