James and Hayley are ready for their second Christmas together, and with everybody comfortable (or at least used to) the familial chaos of both the Taylor and Hughes families, it should be all downhill after last year’s adventures. However, throw in a trip to the Swiss Alps, a mix-up of accommodations, and James’ dad’s new American girlfriend (played by Jane Krakowski), will it really be the most wonderful time of the year? Asa Butterfield and Cora Kirk are back to lead the cast of the sequel “Your Christmas or Mine 2,” which comes to Prime Video on Friday, Dec. 8. You can watch Your Christmas or Mine 2 with a 30-Day Free Trial of Amazon Prime Video.

Following the success of entertaining festive-romantic comedy Your Christmas or Mine? comes a sequel, that stays true to the endearing tonality and original concept of before. To mark the film’s release, which launches on Prime Video on December 8 – we had the pleasure of speaking to the couple at the centre of the narrative; Asa Butterfield and Cora Kirk.
The duo discuss the popularity of the first movie, their own dynamic as actors, and they speak about family Christmas traditions, and resolutions. Ours, as mentioned, was to live a healthier lifestyle. But as you’ll see in this video, thanks to the generous offering a mince pie, it’s nothing something we’ve necessarily stuck to.
Watch the full interview here with Asa Butterfield and Cora Kirk:
Synopsis
In the sequel, Lord Humphrey invites the Taylors to Christmas in a luxury ski resort in the French Alps so they can meet his new American girlfriend.

There’ll be some happy holidays on Prime Video in December, as the streamer’s seasonal offerings hope to keep the fires warm in your home this month!
As such, there are quite a few new original holiday movies coming to the service. At the beginning of the month, Eddie Murphy stars in Candy Cane Lane. In this film, the Beverly Hills Cop and Coming to America star plays a determined man who is willing to go above and beyond to win the annual Christmas home decoration contest in his neighborhood – even if it means making a very magical deal.
The DC universe will also be getting festive in December thanks to Merry Little Batman, an animated feature that sees Batman’s son, Damian Wayne, stumble upon a villainous plot on Christmas eve, one that may give him a chance to save the day when his dad isn’t around.

Asa Butterfield and the rest of the cast return for festive follow up Your Christmas Or Mine 2, here’s the trailer.
Your Christmas Or Mine landed on Amazon Prime last year, and it went down really rather well.
The plot saw Asa Butterfield and Cora Kirk play young couple James and Hayley who, upon deciding that they don’t want to be apart for Christmas after all, get on each other’s respective trains and find themselves at the others’ family home. Fuelled by farcical misunderstandings, the film is a solid slice of festive fun. It’s no Planes, Trains & Automobiles of course, but then again, what is.
Still! We’re getting more of it, and Your Christmas Or Mine 2 looks set to stick to the same formula. Think of it as a bit Home Alone 2 to Home Alone, if you will.
The synopsis reads as follows:...

Prime Video has debuted the trailer for the Christmas movie sequel ‘Your Christmas or Mine 2.’
The follow-up follows young couple James (Asa Butterfield), and Hayley (Cora Kirk), who are gearing up for their second Christmas as a couple. And that can only mean one thing … more mayhem with the Taylor and Hughes families.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year … but will it be for James and Hayley? James’ father has invited the Taylors to spend Christmas in a luxury ski resort in the Austrian Alps, so they can meet his new American girlfriend (played by Jane Krakowski). However, Hayley’s dad Geoff insisted on handling his family’s side of the booking and something clearly got lost in translation. After a mix-up with transport at the airport, the two tribes end up at each other’s accommodations, on different sides of a valley and opposite ends of the Tripadvisor ratings scale.

After a vibrant, raunchy four-season run, Netflix’s coming-of-age hit Sex Education has finally closed its doors to viewers. With its talented ensemble led by stalwarts like Gillian Anderson and newer stars like Asa Butterfield, the teen comedy-drama dabbled in taboos about all the iffy stuff that adolescents struggle with in high school. Critical acclaim was targeted at most aspects, but casting did play an integral role behind its hype. Both Anderson and Butterfield had significant popularity even before the series debuted in 2019, but Sex Education also worked wonders for breakout stars like Ncuti Gatwa and Emma Mackey, both of whom were also featured in the 2023 smash hit Barbie.
Now, that Otis Milburn and his friends’ sexual misadventures finally conclude on Netflix, its vast and diverse cast faces a whole new set of opportunities in both film and TV. In fact, Sex Education showrunner and playwright Laurie Nunn herself is...
