Lethal Legacy

I was really looking forward to this movie. Anytime there is a movie that portrays Black wealth, I am all for it. So this movie had me really intrigued and excited.

The acting is very good. I could tell these are professional actors. No monotone or dull acting. The expressions and tones were good. I really felt what they were saying.

The cinematography in this movie is very nice. Beautiful shot scenes. The mansion was amazing. They really took their time with this. The movie was definitely not rushed.

I also love the pace of this movie. It has a great pace. Starts out steady. Builds the story. Then hits you with the suspense and action.

Overall this is a good movie. But one problem for me. The main character's friend had very low class behavior. She literally said the b-word four times, in the first 30 minutes of the film. Also she was very loud and immature. It just seemed like a stereotype of Black women. I felt that wasn't needed in a film based around wealthy Black people. But overall I give this movie a 7. It's a good film.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Lethal Legacy! The story and characters captured and help my attention. Excellent plot twists and turns kept me riveted! The movie is well-paced and moves along smoothly without any lapses. Character arcs are well developed and thoughtfully executed. The friendship and sisterhood between Anna and Kendra is beautifully rendered and felt genuine. I enjoyed their playful banter and one-liners. The wicked step-auntie is an interesting twist and had me going for a good while. I was surprised by the ending finding out "who done it!" Again, I enjoyed watching and look forward to the next one.
