After Sarah fires the rocket at Rex from the speedboat, she falls back due to recoil. Then the distance shot shows her still standing up in the boat.

During the chase Sarah's bra changes color between tan and black. It's tan when running, but black when she's in bed with Jack.

The type of SCUBA regulators that the divers are using in the beginning of the film do not allow for radio communications, yet the divers are talking back and forth to each other and the dive boat.

When Jack, Rod and Sarah do the first dive and find the egg, the stated depth to which they're diving is 400 feet, and Jack warns Sarah to not come up too fast or she will get the bends. That is quite simply far beyond the 130 foot limit for recreational divers who are not using tri-mix gas and deep diving techniques.

At the 42 minute mark Tariq fires his pistol 23 times, with what is at most a 10 round magazine.

It's not a good idea to fuel a Cessna 150 with a fire bottle.
