A Film that has so much to offer

Firstly the one thing to strike you about this film is the deep human element and depth to the story and characters embedded within. Revolving around the main character, Ors Gabriel beautifully played by Jamie Costa. Ors sees an 'apparition' of his recently deceased dog which leads to a rather more disturbing encounter with someone known as The Fedora Man.

The plot thickens after speaking to a mysterious neighbour Jeffrey Bowman (Tony Todd), a Psychic Exorcist, who educates Ors in a world he was previous oblivious too.

Ors is lovingly supported by his partner Sarah (Ivana Rojas) who is a detective currently investigating a bunch of murder suicides .

Without giving away any spoilers whatsoever there are interesting sub plots going on along side Ors story especially concerning his mother played by Sean Young (a nice surprise for the viewers) and father, brilliantly played by Kane Hodder!

In short, here you have a surprise of a film, skilfully crafted by Nicholas Gyeney, that has massive heart that you're sure to shed a tear over, but one that will leave you talking about for days to come, well recommended!

Excellent Spiritual Movie

For those who are interested in the metaphysical, this movie does an excellent job of touching on that subject. The plot is intricate but not overdone. The actors embody their roles well. It's a great exploration of grief, and I especially appreciate that that grief originates from the love of an animal, validating animal lovers everywhere.

I sincerely believe that anyone who is into both animals and the metaphysical will really appreciate this movie. If you have been on the fence about giving it a try, you should definitely watch. I was really pulled into it on the first watch and it easily became one of the best movies I saw in 2024.

More of this, please

OMG! I love really bad cheesy movies. I have been so desensitized by the volume of these movies I have watched that I don't even flinch anymore. This movie caught me off-guard. I literally had several moments where I could not shake the chilled sensation. This movies was so well-written and the Fedora Man is now one of my favorite villains both visually and in concept. Nicholas Gyeney please write and direct more! All the actors knocked their characters out of the park, but here are a couple of honorable mentions. When it comes to Kane Hodder, he has been a favorite slasher villain but I never really thought he has ever been given a fair shake when it comes to acting (speaking) roles. He was phenomenal! Tony Todd has always been perfection and did not disappoint in this role. I'm going to miss him. I even freaking cried at the end (I won't give spoilers). 10 out of 10, easy.
