Mark Pritchard and Thom Yorke are teaming up for a new collaborative album. Tall Tales is the name of their first record as a duo, and it will be released on May 9th via Warp Records. In the meantime, the two Englishmen have dropped a new song titled “This Conversation is Missing Your Voice,” which you can listen to below.

The chameleonic electronic producer and Radiohead frontman previously collaborated on a track from Pritchard’s 2016 album Under the Sun titled “Beautiful People.” Last month marked their second official collaboration “Back in the Game,” which Yorke had been performing during concerts throughout 2024.

“Champions” star Josie Totah publicly came out as transgender in an essay published in Time on Monday.

“My pronouns are she, her and hers. I identify as female, specifically as a transgender female. And my name is Josie Totah,” wrote the 17-year-old actor, previously known and credited professionally as J.J. Totah.

Titled “My Name Is Josie Totah — And I’m Ready to Be Free,” the essay describes Totah’s experience of having been misidentified as a “gay boy” for much of her career despite beginning her transition at the age of 14.

I genuinely have no idea what to make of Once Upon A Time In Venice. Like, why was it made? Who thought “yes, this is definitely the best we can manage” and released it to the public? Just before I looked up the career of co-writer / director Mark Cullen, I had the creeping realisation that this felt like a double episode of a basic-cable light drama show like “Burn Notice”, only not quite as good; it turns out Cullen has previous form in TV, being the creator of two failed shows (“Back In The Game” and “Mr Robinson”), and also the writer of “Cop Out”, the comedy that director Kevin Smith described as the most miserable experience of his life.

“The Profit” has risen again. Or at least it will soon.

CNBC has renewed the series, in which serial entrepreneur Marcus Lemonis saves struggling businesses while investing his own cash in the process, for a third season, the network said Thursday.

The new season will launch in the spring.

CNBC also announced that it has greenlit two new series, “Blue Collar Millionaires” and “Restaurant Confidential: New York.”

“Blue Collar Millionaires” is billed as “a docu-series that profiles big personalities who’ve gotten rich by getting their hands dirty.

ABC’s Selfie was looking good (all things being relative) this Tuesday, rising 12 percent and a tenth to draw 3.8 million total viewers and a 1.1 demo rating (per finals) opposite the World Series.

Manhattan Love Story, however, felt little love, sliding 7 and 22 percent to 2.7 mil/0.7.

Agents of Shield (4.4 mil/1.6) slipped 6 percent and a tenth, hitting an all-time demo low (yet earning an “A” grade from TVLine readers), while Forever (5 mil/1.2) ticked up a tenth.

Elsewhere, opposite professional baseball’s “autumnal classic”….

CBS | NCIS (17.1 mil/2.4) dropped a handful of eyeballs and a tenth in the demo, while NCIS: New Orleans (16.1 mil/2.4) rose...

ABC just may have finally solved its years-long Modern Family lead-out problem.

The new comedy black-ish premiered on Wednesday night to 11 million total viewers and a 3.3 rating (per finals), demonstrating 96 and 85 percent retention out of Modern Family (11.4 mil/3.9, down 3 and 7 percent from a year ago). For comparison’s sake, Super Fun Night a year ago only managed 75 percent retention.

Earning an average grade of “B-“ from TVLine readers, black-ish was up from both Super Fun Night‘s bow (8.2 mil/3.2) and what Mixology last did in the time slot (4 mil/1.3).

The alphabet network hasn't had much luck launching successful new shows. What's more, a lot of their existing shows are down year-to-year. Thankfully, the execs can't cancel everything.

There's lots of data that ABC execs looks at when deciding whether to renew or cancel a TV series but ratings are the major ingredient. Here's an updated listing of all of their current primetime shows.

Celebrity Big Brother's latest live eviction was seen by 1.81 million (9.2%) on Channel 5 last night (August 29).

A peak audience of 1.88 million tuned in to see Leslie Jordan become the second person in the series to be evicted from the house.

A further 856k (6.6%) stuck around to watch Big Brother's Bit On The Side at 10.30pm.

BBC One's Boomers was Friday's highest-rated show excluding soaps, attracting 3.01 million (14.4%) at 9pm.

It was sandwiched between 2.45 million (11.7%) for Scrappers at 8.30pm and 2.85 million (14.2%) for Big School at 9.30pm.

The One Show and A Question of Sport kicked things off with respective viewing figures of 3.33 million (18.8%) and 2.48 million (13.1%).

Over on ITV, Harbour Lives entertained 2.68 million (13.3%) at 8pm, while Doc Martin was seen by 2.5 million (12.2%) at 9pm.

Young Vets kicked things off for BBC Two with 1.12 million (6.1%) at 7pm. It was followed by 1.76 million (8.8%) for Mastermind and 1.55 million (7.4%) for Sweets Made Simple.

The final tallies for broadcast TV’s 2013-14 season are in, and The Big Bang Theory enjoyed the biggest gains from Live+7 DVR playback — aka Nielsen family members who watched recorded programs within a week of broadcast. Elsewhere, that Modern Family grew and grew while freshman fare such as The Blacklist and Sleepy Hollow locked in Season 2 renewals with significant surges — though no amount of DVR lovin’ could save Dracula or the Chance clan.

Fox is taking a risk with a unique teen based show, Red Band Society. The show will follow a group of teen who live at the pediatric ward of Ocean Park Hospital. It will follow their laughter and struggles, along with the staff who work with the kids. The show will certainly hold laughter and tears, but should hit all of the right notes for everyone. When Ryan Seacrest kicks off the upfronts by welcoming Pitbull to the stage with his entourage of booty-dancers, you know that Fox isn’t catering to your mom.
