A group of highly-trained military operators led by Romeo (Mason Gooding) blows up two ends of a bridge. Their target is Doc (Dichen Lachman), a prisoner on a transport. They take the other trapped motorists hostage. Among them is former Army Ranger Eric Daniels (Dylan Sprouse) and his younger sister Madeleine.
This reminds me of that Sly movie in a tunnel from the 90's. The situation is artificial. I don't buy Gooding as the big bad. He is playing Romeo like a yappy chihuahua. I do understand that he's the manic cartoon villain, but I doubt anyone sane would follow him. In fact, Dichen Lachman would be a better big bad. Dylan is fine, but he's not the problem.

A decent action thriller not quite an original movie all in all but the acting for the most part especially from the main protagonist and the antagonist keeps it going nicely
and 95% of the action scenes are plausibly decent my favourite being the finale hand to hand combat, very real and well thought out and executed choreography.
This would be say like a modern die hard movie gladly not too modernised such as with tech. A very simple premise as well as it's premises which keeps it primarily primity from being premium lol.
It was certainly good enough for me to search other movies staring Dylan Sprouse.

Remember those Saturday shows? Low budget, bad lines, barely acted? They were kinda fun and it might even generate a light or two. Well, get ready for the same thing here.
The AI computer generated scenes are obvious and the lines are corny. The acting is mediocre at best and I was always 5 seconds from just turning it off. But, I stuck with it just to see if there would be any redeeming qualities to rate anything more than a 4 or 5 at best. Nope, but the popcorn was good.
Netflix has done it again. They have created a hype machine that makes them think they have achieved success, meanwhile the ratings indicate we should have just passed on it.

Seriously, who are the numbskulls rating this higher than 1 star. The Movie is trash from the very beginning. The dialogue is written by a 2 year old. I am so disappointed I really enjoy Dichen Lachman but she messed up here accepting a role in this dumpster movie. The idea could be good for a thriller, however the director and producer screwed this one up badly. A lot of the scenes are animation, and don't look real at all. Such a cheap and low effort at making a movie and insulting the viewers.
I am less than 5 minutes in and can't take it anymore. There should be a law to stop this low quality of material being released.

I cant find much wrong with this film and in its action genre it is decent enough. I haven't seen a lot of Dylan sprouses acting as its mostly his brother cole that I see but he was good here and it would be nice to see them both star together in an action film. I would say he dosnt come off as the action type but that actual helps in making his character seem more inconspiciois. He plays Eric, a former solider who gets ptsd and while driving with his sister madalian they get in a hostage situation with others on a bridge in order to kidnap a lady named doc from a prison transport van. The entirity of most the film is set on this particular bridge so its nice to watch it progress and show eric standing up. A good action movie overall with good kickassing action.
