Garcelle Beauvais is exiting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The star made the announcement herself in an Instagram video on Tuesday, the morning before the finale airs for the 14th season of the Bravo series. In her video, she cited her family and acting and producing projects outside of the show as the reason for her exit, while also leaving the door open to return in some capacity down the line.
Bravo has confirmed the news to The Hollywood Reporter; a source confirmed to THR that she is leaving on her own accord.
“So I have some news. I’ve decided to leave Beverly Hills,” said Beauvais in her video. “It’s been a wild ride. I mean, some amazing things have happened and some hard things have also happened, but it’s been a ride nevertheless. One of the reasons why I’m leaving is my family, my boys.

Bozoma Saint John and Dorit Kemsley are the friendship duo we never saw coming and neither did their castmates.
The two women hit it off since the moment they met and the other women are having difficulty understanding it.
However, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbie understands it all too well and she thinks her castmates are jealous of their friendship.
She also called out the hypocrisy in the group, slamming the ladies for criticizing their relationship.
Bozoma rightly pointed out that some persons on the cast are closer than others, case in point, Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais.
Garcelle recently brought attention to a conversation between the newly minted friends that didn’t involve the group, claiming they felt left out.
However, Bozoma defended her actions and now we’re wondering if this drama is why she recently hinted at quitting the show.

Garcelle Beauvais often gets a lot of heat for speaking her mind, and now she has ticked off Paul “Pk” Kemsley.
This time, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans are in her corner after Pk trashed her on social media.
He wasn’t happy with a comment Garcelle made regarding the home invasion and robbery that occurred at the couple’s home in 2021.
A year after that incident, Dorit was robbed again, this time of $10,000 in cash while Christmas shopping at Marshalls.
Garcelle has been airing her suspicions—at one point questioning why Dorit still had her jewelry after being robbed.
The topic is being discussed again this season, and during a conversation, Garcelle said she didn’t think Dorit was involved in the home invasion but that someone else was.
Pk assumed he was that “someone else,” and he hit back in a post on social media.

Garcelle Beauvais and Dorit Kemsley are not friends and probably never will be.
That much we’ve surmised watching them go at it on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
During the first part of the Rhobh Season 13 reunion, their feud intensified somewhat after they got the chance to watch the episodes back.
If you’ve kept up to speed with the series this season then you know that Beauvais took issue with Kemsley’s word choice when she said she felt “attacked.”
The 47-year-old whined at the reunion that Beauvais was holding on to the grudge of her, Kyle Richards, Paul “Pk” Kemsley, and Mauricio Umansky laughing about Erika Jayne swearing at her son.
Garcelle Beauvais is so over Dorit Kemsley
The Black Girl Missing star countered that Dorit got defensive when she brought up the scene instead of “just letting me have my feelings.”

It’s been a big start to 2024 for Colman Domingo and Ayo Edebiri who — after earning their first Oscar nomination and Emmy win, respectively — lead the pack of film and TV nominees for the 55th NAACP Image Awards.
Domingo is nominated for three awards: outstanding actor in a motion picture for “Rustin,” outstanding supporting actor for “The Color Purple” and entertainer of the year, the ceremony’s top prize.
Edebiri is nominated for outstanding supporting actress for “The Bear” and guest actress for “Abbott Elementary.” Victoria Monét received the most nominations in the music recording categories, earning six nods including outstanding new artist. The “Jaguar II” hitmaker is followed closely by Usher, who earned five nominations including entertainer of the year.
Fantasia Barrino, Halle Bailey and Keke Palmer — three multihyphenate talents who happened to share the screen with Domingo and Usher this year — round out the nominees for that award.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Garcelle Beauvais has said the new season of the Bravo reality series will drop in November — and will be a kinder edition of the franchise.
“I’m hearing November is our release date. It’s back to fun and glamour and friendships,” said Beauvais of Season 13. “It’s not as toxic as it was. I think the last season was pretty hardcore on everybody.”
Season 12 has been described by Variety’s resident “Real Housewives” correspondent Kate Aurthur as “grisly,” and ultimately led to the departure of long-time provocateur Lisa Rinna this past January. Rinna constantly stirred the pot on the show, and feuded heavily with Kathy Hilton. She also got into her share of spats with Beauvais, who had been friendly with Rinna, a fellow actor, prior to starring together on “Real Housewives.”

8/7c Black Girl Missing (Lifetime)
Where do you turn when the police and media are no help?
Lifetime opts to explore the other side of Missing White Woman Syndrome by showcasing the disparity in how a missing young girl of color slips through the cracks, prompting her mother to turn to internet sleuths, amateur detectives, and the community to find her daughter when the media and law enforcement are too busy directing all of their attention to a "pretty blond girl" of the same age.
Garcelle Beauvais shines in this ripped-from-the-headlines film inspired by far too many stories.
