A big plus for showing the reconciliation of a marriage by looking past the hurt one feels now, and having some faith in the good man, or the good woman, one originally fell in love with. More of this please.
A big MINUS for portraying Christians as haters. This is just not how it is. If there was a Franklin Baumann running for congress, he would be on the news every night, including here in Canada, where the media is eager to humiliate anyone showing even the tiniest evidence of homophobia.
But they aren't in the news because hate-filled Christians are so rare in reality. In all my years in church work, I cannot remember once a Christian saying something cruel about gay people. I am sure it has happened somewhere sometime, but my own experience needs explanation too. Christians have believed homosexuality to be wrong, but they have never been mean about it. Christians are not the problem.

This is one of those movies that makes you feel good when feeling down. It is one of those archetypal little guy fighting the evil big guy, a David and Goliath story, or a mouse that roared -- sort of. Mostly good acting. However, I could not help but feel that those who wrote the script don't know much about election laws. I cringed as Bellafiore's team potentially get themselves into serious troubles. Salvation House and Northfield Christian Academy could lose their 501(c)(3) because of them being dragged into his election campaign, and he shouldn't be electioneering at the doorsteps of the polling station! The ending was quite bizarre, too.
Very good movie. My cousin Colby French has a good size role in this movie.
Love it. Its goods, very inspirational, nice work, lesson for that was we should more patience, no more hatred and we should love one another.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
