I didn't know anything about this movie, so recently when I saw it on vimeo I was so pleasantly surprised. The movie is touching and funny and and subtle. The main character leave prison and doesn't really know what to do with his life and he stumbled across a Bunny Girl ( blanca?) she is giving out pamphlets on the street and sort of invites him in to stay with her while her boyfriend is away, and this is where it begins to be interesting. It sort of challenges the idea that things are pre written, as if theses tow people were meant to meet. I won't spoil it but they are somehow linked together, well their pasts have been. The performances are great, you really are with them all the way and there is a scene at the end with the father that is really touching. I don't usually like subtitled movies but this one had me all the way to the end. The way it is filmed is also very beautiful.

Recently, I had the pleasure of screening the film Bunny. Bunny is a film about two people pushed together to fulfill a task all while circumstances have them dressed in a bunny and fox costume. To say I was presently surprised by the film would be an understatement. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie.
Annika Glac serves as both the writer and director of the film. Annika does a marvelous job creating believable characters speaking realistic dialogue. Many times the viewer is taken out of the film but dialogue that would never be spoken by actual people, or by a characters that are underdeveloped. This is not the case with Bunny.
Tomasz Borkowski and Katia Mazurek star as the two main characters and do a fabulous job telling the story.
I recommend Bunny to anyone who is a fan of good film. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

I honestly got tired of the Hollywood blockbusters and decided to give Bunny a chance. I had the pleasure of seeing it at a local festival, and both my girlfriend and I, liked it very much! The movie has a little bit of everything for everyone, it is basically a romance, but with some extremely funny and hilarious scenes. The plot is clever and unpredictable, with the characters who are nicely developed and likable. All the actors were previously unknown to me, but they did an outstanding job playing their roles and made this movie even greater. I would totally recommend the movie to anyone wanting to watch something different, enjoy in its relaxing atmosphere and have some laughs. 9 stars from me !!!
