Haunt Season

It starts off fast and dynamic with effective music, but then goes downhill from there.

The acting seems very contrived.

They could have done better with the Haunted House set because it doesn't look interesting or spooky enough for Halloween.

The movie feels more like a circus than horror in some places.

It would have been nice if they used the pumpkin head costume throughout the movie.

The death scenes are sloppy and not very gruesome.

Parts of the movie felt like it was showing how fake the actors can be.

When a character hears screaming inside, he takes a hammer and runs excitedly and in less than a minute he walks and says hello, who's there, can be added to the list of absurdities.

It was clear from the beginning who the killer was, so it's not a surprise. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the movie. I don't enjoy the mix of horror and comedy.
