Thugs

1 review
2/10

A lite version of Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil

Thugs was presented in a casual way and didn't have the thrilling or intimidating aura that the Malayali version had

DELICIOUS

-For his first film, Hridhu Haroon did his best. His performance wasn't memorable but he gave Sethu, a sweet face that you always wanted to see in the movie

-The fighting choreography among the inmates was sizzling, gritty, and adequately violent, very well coordinated

BLAND

-Sadly, our patience for Anaswara Rajan has exceeded its limit. She's been consistently giving off the same dull/baby facial expression in all her movies, and here she had the opportunity to be innovative as she was playing a dumb girl, but nope, nothing changed

-Thugs, in a nutshell, was a lite version of the Malayali film. When Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil carried a terrifying dog-eat-dog atmospehere, Thugs was more relaxed due to the ordinary make-up design of the characters, editing, and acting. There were no suspense segments or inspiring dialogues. We just watched and that's it. Making the film easy to forget.
