In March 2023 James Roberts' son Frances Roberts was arrested for first degree murder after fatally shooting a 72 year old neighbor who was also a great uncle over a dispute about contracted driveway snow removal. The snow was moved to allow someone to get to the airport. Francis acted like a punk on the show, and he evidently was never taught to respect his elders properly.
