The first temptation was to define it as correct short horror. A man working late at his desk in his office. His finger is absorbed by keyboard. His arm is swallowed by desk. Each try to escape or to contact someone is failled.

The morning gives new bizarre reflexes to story, the janitor seeming a sort of blood collector.

Two virtues - fair reflection of the work at office at very late hours , not so subtle irony about corporatism and workholic.

The second - illustration of a nightmare. Indeed, confuse and strange but well crafted , especially for the portrait of clerk , captive of his work tools and , maybe in much measure, janitor calm. The last scenes are virtues of metaphors.
