A Breath to Survive

10/10

Light, Laughter, Love

After a recent screening of "A Breath To Survive, I found this movie to be both enjoyable and very well made. Imagine a dude writing a chick flick (ok, I just categorized... sorry!) but really, it opens up a lot of questions of what we all settle for in life and what we can choose to do with ourselves and the power we have to give back in experience, support, and inspiration. I found the story line to be timely and real, coupled with generational crossover and some delightful levity. The acting came across both natural and on point. I was very surprised to see this level of quality in an independent film... the production was shot completely in Sony RED and both sound and music are smooth and reflective; sure to be a high favorite within the film festivals and hopefully then some... congrats on a well made film! I look forward to seeing much more from Jon Brekke
