FBI star Zeeko Zaki has addressed the likelihood the show will bring back his character Omar Adom "Oa" Zidan's sister Amira. Cynthia Hamidi originally played Amira in Season 1 of the CBS procedural.

Viewers learned early in FBI's run that, since the Zidan children lost their father at a young age, they developed a dysfunctional relationship. Oa admitted he and Amira had a strained relationship as adults because he'd acted more like a father than a brother to her while growing up.

The third season of Reacher, Prime Video's adaptation of the Jack Reacher books by author Lee Child, premieres in just a couple days. They follow Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson), a hulking former U.S. Army military policeman and self-proclaimed hobo who wanders from place to place solving crimes and helping people. The upcoming season will be based on the seventh book in Child's series, Persuader, where Jack Reacher teams up with the DEA to take down Zachary Beck (Anthony Michael Hall), who it's believed is using his oriental rug business to smuggle drugs.

As Outlander's seventh season nears its finale on January 25, 2025, it will be interesting to see how the Frasers survive the American Revolution. What's less interesting is the ridiculous obsession that Roger MacKenzie (Richard Rankin) has with time travel and the annoying conversations he continues to pester the others about, especially in Season 7, Episode 9, "Unfinished Business."

While it makes sense that Roger would be concerned about his son Jemmy (Matthew Adair), the silly existential queries become too much to bear. Not only does Roger anger his friends and allies, but his illogical infatuation with all things time travel is most obnoxious for fans who've dealt with the show's paradoxical time shifts for years and somehow understand its machinations better than he does. Then again, not much about the Outlander makes much temporal sense anyway.

At long, long last, “Outlander” is back for the rest of Season 7. More than a year since the first part of the series’ seventh season aired, “Outlander” returns to Starz for eight new episodes of its penultimate season. From Scotland to Philadelphia, the new season finds the Frasers sprawling time and space (as usual), as Claire and Jamie’s epic saga continues — including an episode written by the author of the novels, Diana Gabaldon, who returns to pen an episode for the first time since Season 5’s “Journeycake.”

The popular time-traveling drama Outlander began the second half of its seventh season with a powerful episode that reunited viewers with the beloved Fraser family and established major storylines for the show’s upcoming conclusion.

The midseason premiere, “Unfinished Business,” returns Jamie and Claire Fraser to their ancestral Scottish home of Lallybroch, where they experience beautiful reunions and difficult emotional situations. A significant plotline shows that Jamie’s brother-in-law, Ian Murray, is gravely ill with consumption, causing conflict between Claire and Jamie’s sister Jenny.

Sam Heughan, who plays Jamie Fraser, spoke with RadioTimes.com about his character’s difficult emotional journey. “He is an honorable individual. “He feels a sense of duty,” Heughan explained, referring to Jamie’s desire to reunite with his previous wife Laoghaire.

It's the moment we've all been waiting for Outlander fans! Our favorite show is back, and it returned with such a strong episode. After years and years away, Jamie and Claire finally make it back to Scotland.

Warning: Spoilers for Outlander season 7, episode 9 "Unfinished Business"!Outlander returned to Starz tonight with season 7, episode 9, which celebrated Claire (Caitrona Balfe) and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) arriving in Scotland while also imparting some sad news for their family. The appropriately titled "Unfinished Business" did some much-needed table setting prior to the show's conclusion in season 8, allowing the Frasers to reconnect with Jamie's sister Jenny and her husband Ian Murray. While Ian is still played by Steven Cree, the role of Jenny is now played by Kristin Atherton.

Outlander season 7, part 2 also gave Young Ian (John Bell) the chance to reunite with his parents after seasons away, but his homecoming was particularly bittersweet. The episode revealed that his father is suffering from consumption and in the last stages of the illness, and Claire unfortunately confirmed that no medical miracle could save him time travel or not.

I'm eagerly counting down the days, and looking forward to where the story goes next. The historical drama is always so great at giving us the unexpected and leaving us with intriguing cliffhangers. Whenever books are translated for the screen, a few changes are bound to be made between mediums. Craig Johnson's Western mystery novel The Cold Dish inspired the A&e-turned-Netflix series Longmire, with many artistic liberties taken when the character was brought to the screen. But at the end of the show's first season, the plot of the first Johnson-penned novel was revisited directly in the episode "Unfinished Business," which pits Sheriff Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) in the middle of a series of revenge killings involving four white boys who raped a Cheyenne girl. But while the book had a distinct and shocking ending, the television adaptation shook things up.

We have some very sad news to close out 2023, folks. Tom Wilkinson, one of the finest and most beloved character actors of this (or any other) generation, has died suddenly at 75. Deadline was the first to report the news. The twice Oscar-nominated co-star of Michael Clayton, Batman Begins, In the Bedroom, and many more films last appeared in Disney Plus’s sequel series to his breakout role in The Full Monty.

Between 1998 and 2018, Wilkinson was one of his generation’s most prolific character actors, with his output putting him up there with Brian Cox and Brendan Gleeson. He made over 65 movies and TV series in that twenty-year period, starring in everything from high-profile arthouse fare like Todd Field’s In the Bedroom to his role as Carmine Falcone in Batman Begins. He often played villains, such as in The Lone Ranger, but had the range to take on pretty much any part.

Frasier's dating life is a significant aspect of the original show and is carried over in the reboot, as seen in the new clip introducing a potential love interest, June. June, played by June Diane Raphael, is introduced in episode 6 and appears to have great chemistry with Frasier. Finding love has always been an important theme for Frasier, and as the reboot progresses, his dating life in Boston will continue to be explored.

Christmas comes early on Max, as the streamer adds a bevy of holiday movies to its library for the month of November, alongside new TV debuts, a noteworthy documentary and more. “Elf,” “Christmas Vacation,” “Arthur Christmas,” “The Shop Around the Corner” and “Four Christmases” are some of the holiday films arriving on the streaming platform on Nov. 1.

This month also sees the Season 2 premieres of “Rap Sh!t” (on Nov. 9) and “Julia” (on Nov. 16) and the series premiere of “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre’s new sitcom “Bookie” starring Sebastian Maniscalco (on Nov. 30).
