Shinpi no hou

Pro: Beautiful and artistic animation Cons: 1) The thesis being : Good vs Evil could have been easily outlined without the inconsistent unification of all religious philosophies (Buddhism, Hinduism, Spiritualism, and Christianity). It was just all over the place especially at the end. In the end it looked like a video game animation. 2) The white (or in this case Asian) savior superiority complex in defening. 3) Allowing the evil side to come to an agreement with the semi good Vegas queen to have an entire continent, that being Africa, is just quite insensitive. There was not a single good representation of the US or the African continent, especially when at the production of this movie they are active within the United Nations.

They could do it much better but this movie is really boring. only 2 stars for ok Graphics
