    Ho hum

Another LMN loser. Everything about it is boring and monotonous. Leading lady is so plain and one level acting school. Leading man is in love with himself and his supposedly sexy voice. NOT. I forced myself to watch to the end only to be able to back up my review. Also we are still cursed in watching the women with long straight hair. Flat head with part in the middle. They all begin to look alike after a while. Just the color of their hair. Thank God the men look better. Well groomed and healthy looking.

When a movie is boring to watch at least give us some good looking actors like the glamor days of Hollywood. We are now in the age of off the street performers acting like they never were in front of a camera before.

This film proves how far down movies have gone.

    A surprisingly good TV movie.

While surfing every channel there is each showing nothing interesting to watch I end up on the channel that was just about to start airing ASSUMED KILLER. I decided to quickly see what the plot was all about and saw that Casper Van Dien and Armand Assante was in it so I reckoned it might be worth a look. I was really very surprised by this film considering this is a made for TV movie it actually had a plot that drew my attention. It's the kind of plot that is not too complicated but it still requires your full attention, by that I mean if you're the type of person who likes to watch movies while texting you might want to put the phone down when watching this film and even though the overall concept isn't one of the most unique the good thing about it is it isn't entirely predictable.

The acting was excellent all around with the stand out performances given by Casper Van Dien, Barbie Castro and Armand Assante who were very well cast and they each play their parts very good from start to finish.

Lastly, there was one thing that almost made forget that this was a made for TV movie. Many other TV movies have a really cheap feel to them especially those in the same genre and the acting in many of these films range from not so good to not good at all and of course sometimes the dialog featured some very cheesy lines. Where with ASSUMED KILLER none of these factors are present. The production value is way above average and it doesn't look or feel cheap at all. The acting is excellent and the dialog is well thought out with no cheesy lines noticeable.

All in all, ASSUMED KILLER was a surprisingly good TV movie and happened to be a very nice find on a dark night with nothing else to watch.

    In a word - atrocious

I had the great misfortune of being 'treated' to this utterly contrived pompous piece of cinema at a friend's house. One often wonders what's in it for producers and the financiers - certainly not box office gold. The script is utterly lame, predictable and down right infantile in parts. T he dialog and acting are unbelievably wooden and amateurish. the main characters appear to have been brought together through a blind date and compelled to see it through to the bitter end. I think the main clue to all those who may be considering watching this film is CASPER. I think it is now a virtual guarantee that any film with CASPER in it is unwatchable unless absolutely inebriated to the point loosing consciousness. But when a film that casts CASPER and ARMAND together spells cinematic bubonic plague - any contact can be seriously injurious to human intellect and aesthetic sensibilities.

Well written script and excellent acting

You should definitely watch this movie!! The plot line had twists and turns, which kept my interest peaked. I am not an easy critic, so am compelled to tell you that I was hanging on every word to see what would happen next.

The storyline is captivating and the actors seemed so natural in their roles, that it felt like watching real life.

Casper and Barbie Castro play likable roles as husband and wife. The latter played a role where she lost her memory, and is unsure of reality. There is some mystery in the end which leaves the story open to a sequel.

I hope to see this movie again on a major network, because I'm sure the movie has appeal to the general public and will intrigue and entertain the masses.

    Well worth a watch.

As I said on my time line this is well worth a watch. It has something extra than the usual TV movie and is worth a 9 o'clock slot on Channel 5 USA or UK. It is the type of film that suits a sickie or a day off, and some tea and a cake, feet up and watch this. It has twists and turns and as the previous reviewer said it's not predictable. It is the type of little gem you add to your collection if you need something to amuse you in the future or to show to a couple of friends who are round for a film and a pizza. Great stuff it may have been made for TV but it's better than some of the disappointments I've been to see at the cinema this past year.

Daria is in the hospital still wearing her rings. Hospitals take valuables such as these from patients so they will not be stolen while the patient is asleep or as in Daria's case in a coma.
