Black Coffee & Vinyl is about the thirty nine years old Jacob, an upcoming musician, who has locked himself up, with his music and Nescafé, in his two bedroom Vesterbro-flat.
One day Jacobs best friend, Søren, moves in with him, due to Søren's relationship being on stand-by, and this is a turning point in Jacobs life. Time goes by with the boys giving each other a hard time, and soon Søren is moving out again.
Once again, Jacob is on his own, alone in the flat. But this time hes ready to open up to his art and to love.
