What better way could there be to start off your weekend than digging on an exclusive trailer that you won't find anywhere else? I speak of the latest trailer for The Sigil, which will make its debut at the Los Angeles Fear and Fantasy Film Festival on Thursday, May 17th, at 6 pm.

Brandon Cano-Errecart directed the film, which he also co-wrote with Nathan Dean Snyder. The cast includes Cano-Errecart and Snyder as well as Devan Liljedahl, Miki Matteson and Matthew Black.

*full disclosure: a DVD screener of this film was provided by director Brandon Cano-Errecart. Director: Brandon Cano-Errecart. Writers: Nathan Dean Snyder. Cast: Macklen Makhloghi, Nathan Dean Snyder and Carl Wawrina And the amateur filmmaking hour continues with the indie project The Sigil. This is a terrible movie from beginning to almost end. This reviewer turned off the film at the hour mark after one of the actors or actresses screamed into the microphone for the umpteenth time. Other problems developed in the script, the characters, the story and production. In other words, this film is unwatchable! The story, if you can call it that, involves a Satanic cult, which lived in a run down Los Angeles apartment. Members of the cult killed others and then a documentary crew turned up to investigate. From here on in, you will get the shaky camera as melodramatic characters investigate Devan's brother's murder. This...
