FAQ

To Boldly Flee

    Yes.

Rap Critic, Diamanda Hagan, Handsome Tom, Suede, Y Ruler of Time, ERod, Welshy, Dena, MegaGWolf, Bjork, Smarty, MikeJ, That Sci-fi Guy, Nash and Benzaie.

The short answer is the plot hole.

The long answer occurs during a Cinema Snob cameo in the 'The Thing #2' episode of Atop the Fourth Wall. The Snob is in his chair looking confused over a copy of The Cinema Snob Movie DVD, and delivers the following line to himself:

"So am I Craig...or Vincent or...whatever the hell I was called in outer space? Well, I was confusing."

They were pretty clearly aware of it, and we can only assume CS is whoever the writer of the particular piece chooses him to be - Doug Walker as the 'Writer' character in TBF, and Brad Jones in TCSM.

It did, until February 2013. Doug's intention was to create some new shows to co-incide with TGWTG.com's redesign project...something which has not been mentioned since October 2012. The first series Walker created after the NC was "Demo Reel", a show that thrived on spoofing movies in an attempt to "make them better," and it premiered just weeks after To Boldly Flee. The series received mixed to negative responses, and by January 2013, both the failure of Demo Reel and the yearning to return to doing the NC finally gave Doug the push he needed to bring the series back, though combining some of the elements of Demo Reel with new reviews.
