- [the light from the movie starts to shine brightly]

- [the movie's light causes Mr. Scratch to start dissolving]
- Mr. Scratch: No! No! You can't do this! All I did was take the things you always wanted and never had the balls to go for! It's my turn now! It's my life! It's my life!
- [Mr. Scratch screams and is destroyed]
- Alice Wake: [final lines] Alan? Is it, is it really you?
- Alan Wake: It's really me.
- Alice Wake: How... I love you.
- Alan Wake: I... I love you.
- [Alan and Alice kiss]
