I suppose if you liked the first three, you might like this one. And heck, Trent Haaga is a great actor, despite getting mixed up with Full Moon. He was great with Troma, and his directing is also pretty good. But, hey, why get stuck with Full Moon, which is like the bottom of the barrel? There are some humorous bits, some decent demon bits... and the idea of being on trial for not being evil is a decent concept. But demon clowns? A demon called Batty Boop? No thanks. And the surviving girl is more obnoxious than anything else.
This is just my point of view based on the impression I got from the movie, don't let me stop you from watching the movie that's certainly not the purpose of this review.
