I was not familiar with the 2024 horror movie "Wolves Against the World", from writer and director Quinn Armstrong, when I stumbled upon it here in 2025. I had just watched the 2024 movie "Dead Teenagers", also from writer and director Quinn Armstrong and wasn't particularly impressed or entertained by that movie, so I harbored very little expectations to the 2024 movie "Wolves Against the World". But since it was a horror movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I opted to check it out.
The storyline had potential, sure. But it was ultimately a bland and monotonous viewing experience. And I must admit that I had expected something a bit else from the movie, believing it to be a werewolf movie. Was I entertained by the script that writer Quinn Armstrong conjured up for the movie? Hardly so. The movie is listed as a horror movie, well, don't get your hopes up. Not unless you consider boredom to be horror.
The only familiar face on the screen, for me at least, was actor Jim Azelvandre. I will say that the acting performances in the movie were fair.
Visually, then you're not in for anything grand, should you opt to test your mettle against this ordeal of a movie.
Would I recommend any horror fans to sit down and watch "Wolves Against the World"? No. Will I ever return to watch the movie a second time? No.
My rating of writer and director Quinn Armstrong's 2024 movie "Wolves Against the World" lands on a three out of ten stars.
